She now is familiar with the Austin area and has been there for nearly 10 years. She also is excited to lead the company's business development efforts in North Dallas.
Erica is the president of Texas Gold'n Brooms. She is a dog mom of 3 and a west texas native. She started off cleaning on drilling locations with no intention of growing a business much less in multiple areas of Texas.
With a background In retail, real estate, bartending, and sales, she is a firm believer in having a "humble hustle". Being told "no" drives her to motivate her team and take everyone further.
The ability to now, bring on two trusted colleagues who care as much about putting forth their best effort and customer satisfaction, leaves her believing they can rise to any challenge.
